PLATINUM EXPRESS
In our continuing effort to make loan process more timely and cost-effective for you, we offer the unique Platinum Express product, designed to provide you with all the information you need to close your loans – all within a single report. More specifically, when combined with a credit report, the Platinum Express report consolidates the vesting, legal, and lien information you need to prepare for a loan closing – and it’s backed by an enhanced Errors and Omissions policy.

PROPERTY PLUS REPORT

That’s why we offer Property Plus, a turnkey product that bridges the gap between report date and recordation. It allows you to generate your traditional O&E(Property Report) which includes information pertaining to the current owner of the property, how the property was conveyed to the current owner, open mortgages, liens, judgments, tax, and legal descriptions, and transfers your risk to Property Xpress, where it is backed by an enhanced Errors and Omissions policy.

Our network of independent contractors is extensive and constantly monitored, so you can be confident that the reporting will be accurate and available within 24 to 48 hours.
