It allows you to generate your traditional O&E(Property Report) which includes information pertaining to the current owner of the property, how the property was conveyed to the current owner, open mortgages, liens, judgments, tax, and legal descriptions, and transfers your risk to Property Xpress, where it is backed by an enhanced Errors and Omissions policy.
